The world famous salon culinaire also held in conjunction with Food & Hotel Indonesia. Organised by the Association of Culinary Proffesional’s, and in addition, the 3rd Indonesian Barista Competition 2009, organised by the Indonesian Specialty Coffee Association, will attract over 30 of Indonesia’s top baristas to face off in the all new Indonesian Barista Competition.
